2010 Aston Martin DBS Volante
Aston Martin, talk about heritage in racing and just driving. I had the privilege to slip behind the wheel of a 2010 Aston Martin DBS Volante. This V12 is pumping out 510 horsepower backed by a six speed paddle shifting transmission that when you blipped the down shifting paddle (located on the left side of the leather wrapped steering wheel) you get a high rev sound not unlike a Formula One race car, but it will make the hair stand up on your arm (that’s if you have racing oil in your veins). Of course the first thing you notice when you walk up to the DBS is its styling. One look and you would think it was doing 200 miles per hour just sitting there, low sleek and ready to romp.
